We did the free tour, and what a fun experience! It was so cool to see the process of jewelry making from design to completion. The tour guide was really informative, the employees were open to questions, and it was just an amazing experience. I had no idea that it was the grape design that "makes" something Black Hills gold. Their selection of jewelry is incredible. They have such beautiful pieces, and once you know how everything is made, it really adds a special touch. Thank you!

There was a good selection of Black Hills Gold jewelry and there is another jewelry store on site that sells regular jewelry. The prices were good. The service was great, the salesperson really took her time with us making sure we were happy with our choices. Plus she gave us a extra 30% off the marked prices. That really saved us. We purchased several bracelets, earrings, a 3 piece earring set and with discount less that $900.
Great selection of Black Hills Gold! Military discounts! I found the perfect ring and earrings with the help of Marlene and thanks for your patience, especially with the remodeling of the store which didn't affect any sales or selections. There wasn't any resizing to do thanks to my size (10) actually being in stock! Great selection and very friendly staff! I would definitely recommend and I'll be back! Thank you!!
Loved this store! ❤️ I think I spent most of my vacation money here for gifts. Dorothy was so patient and kind. We originally were going to go on a tour of the place but they were short staffed so I watched the video and learned a great deal.

Was unable to stay for the free tour. They did not have a gold chain for my crucifix. Did not have buffalo earrings. Discounts on items varied. Bought the $34.95 coupon watch, but timepiece made in China with only Black Hills gold accents added.
