Sunday on line says open till 7pm walked in the door at 6pm and they said they are closed at 6pm just an fyi

I took a new item in that cost $244.00 they offered me $20 for it. When I bought a welder in here recently they had no problem selling me something that was broken and didn't work.. seeing as how they test everything before they buy it it must have been broken by an employee and just sold anyway and since I didn't use it immediately upon purchase and a few dats passed before I did use it, when I said something about it to them they wouldn't do anything about it saying that since a few days had passed it could have gotten broken during that time...This place is a ripoff. Notice it is Fair deal not Fare deal. And just like a fair that is full of rigged games and scams this place will try to get over on you and separate you from your money. This place is the worst pawnshop in Rapid City. I would recommend any other one above this one.

I happened to be in Rapid City from Illinois, when I needed some parts and tools to help a friend work on his car. I was able to find some tools (jack stands, a Dremel, jack stands and various other things) to complete the job. Unfortunately, I needed some parts. Luckily, their neighbor had what I needed. One stop and I was able to get everything I needed!!! THANK YOU for all your help and for being open as early as you were! I was able to help my buddy fix his car and I was able to get back home to Illinois!

My family and I visited Rapid City this past weekend (3/17/24) these guys were all very nice and helpful! I asked one man about sites to see in custer state park, he recommended Iron Mountain Road, pulled it up on his computer showed me and told me all about this road. Hands down the prettiest road we ever drove on! Thank you again for taking the time to help our family have an aweso.e time!

I have bought many items here, im almost always able to find a good deal as they often have a sale or are willing to negotiate.

I have been in here numerous times. It was the first pawn shop I ever visited when I moved here years ago. I always enjoyed collecting and once in a while when I want a few extra bucks and not have to use my credit cards or savings. I head on in and get exactly wha they advertise, a fair deal. The staff is cool too. I bet those that wrote the bad reviews on service didn't come across as th emost polite either. Therre have been times I didn't like the price offered, but IT IS THERE BUSINESS, they can do what they want. I did not get "offended" I simply placed it somewhere else to sell. This is a 5 star store, it is always clean and the fair. I am headed there soon to do some busniess myself. Great job to Fair Deal PAwn and all the OUTSTANDING staff. I know howhard it is to deal with the public in that industry. Takes a special person, so do not think poorly of folks who deal with the public. Tell em' a joke and be friendly. Faird Deal Pawn, I got your back!
