Had a gold necklace fixed soon receiving the spring in the clasp broke at which I was suppose to receive a free fix at which i returned and was told the jeweler quit or something which I let go but after thinking about it they kept the gold piece that closes the necklace kept the repair fee and never fixed my chain properly, one star will never return or recommend, i should of been notified and had a fix instead they pocketed my gold and money.

I am getting married this weekend, and wanted to choose a placeholder band. I’m getting married in 3 days, and was going to buy ANYTHING that fit. The disrespectful man that “helped me” was rude beyond belief. I had him pull a few rings, and they were all teeny-tiny. I asked if he could tell if any were bigger, or if he knew the sizes. He said no. I asked if he could just pull them until we found my size cuz I can’t just guess. He said, “I am not pulling out every single ring for you.” I was taken aback. I left and told him I WAS GOING TO BUY ONE CUZ IM GETTING MARRIED IN 3 DAYS! He said, “sure you were.” Take your business ANYWHERE else unless you wanted to be treated like a second-class citizen. I never even leave reviews but this was THAT bad. UPDATE: went to money man pawn, they were amazing. They actually knew what sizes their bands were. I walked out with one today. So, no sir, you were wrong. I DID buy a ring today. “SuRE yOu wErE.” Photo included.

I am not one who has ever had to really pawn something but this place helped me through my first experience. The gentlemen on staff were exceptional, kind, hardworking, patient, and understanding. They genuinely cared and wanted to help me and not rip me off. I was blessed by coming to them and needing help when I was in a tight pinch financially. If I ever have to go pawn something again this will for sure be the only place I go. Thank you guys for helping an emotional pregnant lady you made a difference in my life and showed me and my family kindness and grace when we needed it the most.

Great experience! Sold diamond earrings and was given a very fair price. I walked in and was waited on immediately. Anyone else that walked in while I was being taken care of was greeted immediately and told they would be helped shortly. I was in and out in 20 minutes and had great conversation while I was waiting. Highly recommend!

If you are in a bind I would definitely use these guys. Some of the nicest people to ever run a pawn shop. I had a couple of times where I was going to be a couple of days late and they held on the stuff for me. As long as you're trying they seem like they'll help out. Thank you all a bunch!!!!!!
