I didn’t know what to expect when I first contacted Tara by phone. Her professional and personable nature was very comforting. After visiting the store and meeting her in person my comfort level was solidified. We then booked an appointment to spend the time needed to appraise my collection. Overall it was a great experience and I am extremely happy with the outcome.

Great experience at Warren Exchange. I was looking to sell some scrap gold jewelry and a lot of the other business' online reviews felt shady. I stumbled across this place and was very happy to work with a woman. The whole process was easy and felt safe. She was busy too- people before & after me - so that was a good sign! I got what I expected to get - in terms of price. Will be returning soon with my silver.
