My husband and I stopped in because I enjoy collecting silver jewelry. I ended up getting a pair of matching rings for my best friend and I. They have a great selection of jewelry and pieces. The service could use a little work. The woman working was nice but not proactive with customers. Instead of seeing if we needed assistance, she just stayed behind the counter looking at her phone. We had to continually get her attention. I will still come back but improving customer service would definitely go a long way for business.

I’ve been to Newport Silver Company before and always loved their rings, so I decided to stop by again. This time, though, my experience was very different. I found two rings I really liked, and the lady helping me was kind at first, trying to find my size. When she couldn’t, she brought out what she said was the same ring in a slightly different style. But as I tried it on in the mirror, I noticed her switching the tags — raising the price from $35 to $49. When I asked about it, she simply said, “That’ll be $48, please.” It felt dishonest, and I decided to walk out without buying anything. It’s disappointing because I genuinely liked their jewelry, but this experience left a bad impression. I’d just advise being cautious if you shop there.
Very organized displays. So many items. All so pretty and unique. They shave pearls to make the shape and dye it to make different color peral jewelrys. Never seen anything like it. One of kind! Loved, loved baby blue tear drop pearls! Ended up buying matching ring and earrings!
