CC was wonderful to work with. Very kind, professional, and straight forward. My husband and I explained our tough credit situation (he has no credit and I have poor credit) but we did have a down payment. He asked what vehicles we were interested in and worked with us to get us in it, while still making it affordable for us. They even put on two new tires, without us asking for it. We drove our new Jeep home later that day. We had gone to a nearby place just before coming to Gold Star and had an awful experience, so it was very refreshing to come here and be treated with kindness and respect.

Bought a vehicle through Gold Star, including the exended warranty. Immediately started having issues with it. It was pulling teeth, ignored many times and fed excuse after excuse, took months for them to look at it just for them to tell me nothing was wrong with it once they finally did. There was in fact something major wrong with it. It's not fixable and we still owe almost 10k on it. It was not drivable less than a year after purchasing. Do not trust these people.
Be prepared to hear every story under the sun while sitting there waiting to get to price. You'll hear promises on how once you pick up the vehicle it will be gone through and have it's oil changed, bullshit, no oil was changed it was black when I checked it on the dip stick. What they did do well was put so much armor all crap all over the floors that it was like an ice rink while driving. Do not go to this place.
HIGHLY recommend this dealer. First off I got an insane deal on a car with 0 miles that was maintained perfectly. Second the guy who works in the office is one of the most honest and understanding peopleI have ever bought from, he makes it easy and stress free to get a nice car.
