I have a love/hate relationship with these guys. This review pertains to their WhatNot auctions. Recently I’ve spent perhaps $5000 with them on hundreds of different auctions. They have some wonderful inventory, Caleb is extraordinarily knowledgeable and a master “coin presenter” (giving lengthy stable views of both the obverse and reverse sides of the specimen… Duddy is a hoot and I’ll often watch his show for hours (even when not buying) just for entertainment. There’s a lot to love about these guys! What to hate: their ridiculously strict “no cancellations” policy. I have Parkinson’s. My fingers tremor. Out of my hundreds of purchases I accidentally bid on 3 items that I didn’t intend to bid on. Told them immediately (before anything was even packed/shipped). And guess what? Yup, they declined my cancellations. They take their policy seriously so don’t you dare make a bidding error, neurological disease or not. Semi- significant customer or not. All in all I guess I’ll continue business with them but i have a bit of a bad feeling about that which I wish was not the case.

They pay low and are very rude. I wanted to bid on their online auctions and got banned for asking for clarification on how much I would have to pay in taxes since the auction says shipping+ taxes will be added to the total, after the person running the online auctions said they have to pay 40% in taxes for sales. They ignored my question multiple times, even after I expressed I would need to know how much they would charge me in sales tax before I can bid. They then banned me for spam....this is extremely unprofessional and there are so many better places to buy and sell.

Blocked me from whatnot show because I Quoted greysheet price out cause they were saying a non graded 84cc was 425.00 I said was closer to 320.00 and then Caleb decide to block me,cause he would rather rip people off. Look at all the complaints about their whatnot,alot of people complaning about the same thing,couldn't imagine what they do in store. Not a spam ,not a dollar start auction,just the truth.

The owner showed me in real time the price of silver, gold and others, offered and paid fair market value. Black and white, no arguments. Very refreshing to find good, honest and hard working people you can trust. Cash4gold can fly a kite! Go to the professionals for top dollar! Also, in regards to the tnt veteran review, I am also a veteran. This group treated me with the utmost respect, like every customer I saw in the store.
