Sending big thanks to Heino at Saucon Valley Auction who worked with me and my family to move my parents into assisted living. The company provides many services beyond property auctions such as clean-outs, packing and moving. The auctions are online with a national audience, and items can be kept onsite or moved to their warehouse. Saucon Valley Auction also has a partnership with Doug Frederick of The Frederick Group at Howard Hanna for which we sold the property. If we did not receive a desired offer, we could have auctioned off the building through Saucon Valley Auction’s national network. Both Heino and Doug were very patient with our entire family as it can be very challenging for elderly folks to leave their home after many years and for multiple family members to communicate with one another. Kudos to Doug and his team at The Frederick Group and Heino and his family at Saucon Valley Auction. They have quite the sensitivity, diplomacy, and professionalism (and long term reputation in their respective fields) that one needs for such a big move!
