I was very comfortable with Bill. Very fair pricing, and it was great to just get some knowledge dropped on me about the coin business. I am looking forward to doing more business with him!

Stopped by PME to check the place out and see about the good reviews in person. Bill was the real deal: genuine and helpful along with being informative and competitively priced. I rarely write reviews, just FYI, so that's something! After checking out a few other dealers, I went back to make some purchases. Bill knew relationships matter and I appreciate that. It's like I've been dealing with him for years. I was VERY happy with the low premiums for my purchase. In addition, store hours are reasonable and allows working folks to make it in during business hours. Bill was attentive and offered lots of options - and input - for what I was looking for. Hopefully, they'll meet your precious metal needs as well. Enjoy!

My experience could not have been any better. Bill was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. In no way shape or form do I know it all about precious metals but it is clear that Bill has a wealth of knowledge and knows his craft. He asked a lot of questions of me to gather information on what I was looking to do and made suggestions that I followed and I’m glad I did. Bill and I talked for over an hour after we were done business and he is the type that can talk intelligently on every subject. I don’t know if my experience could have been any better. I was buying precious metals online but I’m done with that now. Bill exclusively has my business for my metal needs! Thanks for the great experience!

I went in with some solid 14K gold jewelry looking to sell. In the beginning the old man was nice enough, but after he made his offer he became increasingly rude. I asked about the melt value of the jewelry and he became defensive and condescending, telling me the price changes by the minute. Of course I know the price of gold changes but you can at least give a ballpark estimate. Lo and behold he was offering around $4500 when the melt value was over $9000. He proceeds to say, "I never rip anyone off". I understand you will never get full melt value when selling jewelry but the offer should at least be in the same ballpark. We went somewhere else and got a much, much higher offer. This shop is looking for a big payday not repeat business.

Bill is the most knowledgeable, honest and fair Jeweler that I’ve ever dealt with. I went there a few times years ago and when I came back after a few years, Bill remembered my name immediately. He is very personable, always willing to help. I have gone to see him 3-4 times when I didn’t have much to trade, like I had in the past, but he still never treated me differently. It was as if I walked in with $30 of gold to sell. I could have had $300 worth it’s never treated differently or treated like my business that day wasn’t a priority, like it would be at other places. No, Bill is intelligent, friendly, honest (probably to a fault). I highly recommend this store for any gold, silver, jewelry repair and engineering and not concerned with trying to lowball you just to make the sale. Bill won’t hesitate to give you a fair and honest price, quality products and free estimates. This is all S.O.P. For always offered, even if he can’t beat the competitions prices, he will tell you honestly to try a second opinion. That’s by design, as I’m sure he knows he is the ONLY store in the area that will not up-charge you and you will most likely be coming back before too long. 5 stars, I’d give more it was available
