Silver hits high prices and this place closes its door. Refuses to buy.

I would give 5 stars if only I was able to only ever deal with the man that works there. (I wish I would have gotten his name ) My first experience there was great, he was very straight forward and confident in what he was telling me. He offered me a very fair price and took his time . The second time I was not impressed. The lady who works there was the employee I had dealt with. Her people skills were terrible , she was rude and completely low balled me. I questioned the offer she made and she nervously changed it to a few $ more per coin.. she didn’t look at them at all ,just threw them on the scale . I told here that a few were pretty good ones and she said. “It’s not worth it with this price of silver “ and then proceeded to go about her business. I m debating if I will return there again in fear she will be the lady who waits on me .

First time there, the staff was very polite and knowledgeable. They paid more than anyone I checked with They also gave us good information on the items that they didn't want to purchase. For sure we will go back, no need to go anywhere else. I'm glad we checked the place out. I would recommend to all

I have been driving a hour to get here, for years, because of honest straight forwardness of this place. There is no hiding your silver under a writing pad, which happened to me at a different dealer. Or changing the agreements when silver , I had ordered, arrived Which also happened to me at another dealer. Every time at this dealer, Muller, honest, straight, as expected, an example of how other dealers should conduct business

I think they are fair with their prices. Pepole go on line look at prices and show up thinking they are going to get that price. good lock they need to make money to .

If you want them to weight your gold in Pennyweights then, offer you significantly less then what it weighs in grams then, I would say go for it. Just look around you will find much better offers.
