Gold and silver sale unfair misleading of quality of metals but 3rd trip no sale, horrible consistency even worse at keeping their word on prices negotiated prior week and then offer 3 dollars under spot upon arrival time of agreement. Apparently 33.50 spot price and they can only give you 30.00 per ounce because giving you 800.00 for 25 ounces at spot price of 33.50 an ounce of 999 fine. Is too much for there business to handle to pay me 800 and wait to resell.The lazy ladies response was disgusting because they found more pleasure in laughing at my physical appearance with her two loser friends that holding up the deal previously set up a week prior. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR SELLING PRECIOUS METALS UNFAIR PRICES AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLY IGNORANT..
