I've sold jewelry there several times, as of today it's out of the question that I would return. Dave, ( l believe the owner) just the day before bragging what a people person he is was very unprofessional basically didn't want to do his job for the amount of money.
As a women I was a bit hesitant to go, but when I arrived i was greeted by a gentleman his name Bobbi he helped me and looked at my gold and examined it gave me a fair price.we chatted and I felt comfortable. I recommend if u have any jewelry u don't need he can help and give u a fair price.
I had a shoe box of assorted items so I made an appointment to go in. It was a wonderfully rewarding experience, and not just because I walked out with cash. The owner, staff and customers couldn't be more friendly. I walked out with an empty shoe box. Amazing!!
Just called this place today at 9:15am, I was polite and just asking for a quote on buying two grams of gold…bob the gentleman (I believe the owner) answered and was very short and rude with me. When he told me the price at which he would sell the pieces to me, I just calmly and normally asked what his mark up from spot was… he gave me a snippy response, totally short and rude and hung up on me quickly. It was one of those experiences where you just feel totally put off. Especially on such a simple, easy call and question on his business process and price. It was the oddest thing… that right there will prevent me from giving this outfit business, I can find some other outfit that has much more respect for their customers and who treats them with genuine respect like anyone would want to be treated. I was not rude to this guy at all and he felt like he could treat me like this. Wild people in this world. This is the first review I have ever left on any establishment, that’s how badly I was put off by this guy.
I had a great experience at Lehigh Valley Gold Buyer. The owners were extremely welcoming and genuinely nice, which made the whole process comfortable and straightforward. They sold me silver at spot price, which I really appreciate and don’t see very often. Honest, fair, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell precious metals
