I walked in randomly before hitting the gym with a buch of sealed packs and etb's, looking to sell. The kind lady working there gladly reviewed my inventory and gave an extremely fair offer. There card selection was impressive. I would definitely do business with them again.
I come here everyday for the local games and chill employees. Key items has one of the best environments ever out of any store without a doubt. Employees work hard and play games with me on break. I literally couldn’t ask for more. The heart and soul here at this key items beats any popular retail or competitors. I will literally never go anywhere else even if I need remaining cards for the hobbies I love.
Visited the store for the first time on Saturday and had a great experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the shop was very well organized. They had an impressive selection—from Pokémon to Magic: The Gathering—with neatly arranged singles from various sets, plus plenty of ETBs and single packs in stock. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Pokemon: Start by saying they were very unprofessional. Went to sell cards and buy sealed product. Took almost 1 hour because they had 2 people go ahead us while waiting. Seemed so disorganized and like they didn't know what they were doing. Was like 6 people in the store and they were so overwhelmed. They give very low trade credit and extremely low cash. Check your prices before going in or expect an average of 35% on trade credit. 100$ in cards tcgplayer low market price and I got 22$ trade credit (handed me back 4 cards worth 35$ for some weird reason but took the .25 and .50 cent cards for a total of 70$ low TCG player market price and they gave me 22$ store credit so about 35%.... ) Mainly overpriced foreign packs and English is almost all scalper prices. Current sets like DR mega or phantasmal was 12 to 15 a pack. Had to update after seeing them scam a 16 year old kid. 350 TRADE CREDIT on a 550$ card is just wrong.
Great selection of well organized TCG! Pokémon, MTG and many other collectables available and very fair prices. Staff was kind and offered to help direct me to whatever I need. Store was clean with lots of space to play, I’d imagine events here would be great!
