I believed in Cade and spent about $10,000 in the last 6 months and didn’t purchase anything else from anyone else as I trusted him. One day I I just went in there and spent like $400-$500 as I usually did. The next day I looked and one off my 1 gram bars I bought was only .5 grams. He must’ve had me confused with another customer as he said I pulled shit with him like this previously 2 other tiimes which I felt was very disrespectful to curse at a customer. And the one thing he said was he said I bought a tube of eagles aloft him and then said there was only 19 not 20. He can look at his receipts he needs to send into the government or whatever but I never once purchased a tube of any silver I only bought like most maybe 5 at a time. So he must’ve got me confused with someone else. I asked him what this supposed third thing was and he told me he had too many people in his shop and told me he definitely needs to speak to me later. It’s now been over 2 weeks and idk where he thinks I got this half gram gold bar instead of the full gold bar I paid for. Also making up that I ever bought a tube of silvers at once and said I was missing one would love to see a receipt where I ever purchased a tube.i really felt like I had a good repor with Cade. Idk why a person that spends hundreds of dollars every month and with some big purchases spent over $10,000 over 6 months. He really hurt my feelings and I guess what a lot of people say they were correct of him. I didn’t believe it. He said there was this magically 3rd occurrence of where I tried to scam him and promised me that he really needs to talk to me. I’m giving him a 3 star rating instead of a 1 because I really think he might have been busy and got me confused with someone else. My parents are old too and they do crap like that to me and then after lots of thought they agree I was right. I really believed that you were going to call me back and tell me this mythical 3rd thing as the me saying there’s was only 19 in. Tube vs 20 that wasn’t me Cade look at your receipts I have never bought a tube of anything ever. So interested to know what the throes thing was and why would I want to ruin our friendship/ relationship a a local coin shop over a lousy half gram of gold like seriously I spent over $10k in 6 months and am going to call and complain over a little mistake over a half gram of gold which is like $65.00 I felt very insulted that you would’ve ever thought I. Would try to get over on you over a lousy $65.00 bucks. I dont recommend to ever going to this coin shop ever unless he really does call me back like he promised and tell me what this mysterious 3rd thing was that I tried to pull any kind of scam. And also show this receipt where I ever bought a tube of silver? If you call me and say I made a mistake I’ll put this all behind us. If not I’m going to go to a couple other shops one in WB that’s trying to wooo me with good deals. I don’t want to have to do that but if I have to I will. Also if I don’t hear from you I will definitely tell the Granteeds who knew me since 1989 and know my upbringing and character that I would never try to scam you out of a mistake of $65-$70 lousy dollars . Im not fool off the streets that would waste my time. I don’t need to write anymore. I got my point across and God, I and you know the truth. God Bless you and your family and wish you all well… hopefully you realize that’s not who I am!!!

Great to talk with, knowledgeable staff, I really like this place.. went in with a huge amount of coins from my recently passed uncle's collection and they took the time to go through them with me and show me what to look for and even pointed out some that were pretty valuable! I checked ebay pricing when I got home and the prices were spot on with what the coin shop had told me! I'm really excited to go through more! I'm starting to see why people collect coins! Highly recommend this shop, they made it such a great experience!

I hesitated to write this review because I know it's a small business and people need to make money when you have a shop - 100 percent. But it was a really bad experience which could've been prevented by just letting someone know how much the shop is paying for silver, gold etc. Not letting someone know something as simple as "this is what I'm paying per ounce of silver" is red flag number 1. After bringing in some silver, I gave my number what I want as a starting number and he became upset. That's fine, people get upset all the time, we're emotional monkeys at the end of the day. Then I asked him how much he would give me. He started the spiel so I knew it was going to be a good one lol. Basically comes down to 22-23 dollars an OUNCE of silver he is willing to pay if it is a 90 percent silver coin - that accounts with the 10 percent reduction of silver weight. Spot price of silver today is 76-78. I have no problem with a shop making a buck on me if I'm bringing in a product, that's just basic economics. But there's a reason why he won't give numbers, clouds the room with nonsense speak and then gets mad when you won't give him silver for 30 percent of spot. Hey at the end of the day though, I wish the shop all the luck. 2 stars and not 1 stars because there was the sweetest, cutest little dog at the shop and the guy helping the owner was a really nice guy, genuinely.
