This coin store is very unique! The store has a many merchandising displays showcasing a variety of historical coins minted in the U.S and around the world, as well as various bullion products made with gold, silver, and other precious metals. The store also includes a space for customers to sit-down and research/inspect coins onsite. The owner is very passionate and knowledgeable about coins and bullion products, as well as, personable and highly ethical! I thoroughly enjoy visiting the store every time I am in Quakertown, PA. I highly recommend any coin enthusiasts or coin collectors to stop by!

Update: his claim to offer the best prices due to doing the most volume in the area is a blatant lie and very easy to check for yourself by calling or driving around to all the local shops and asking for their buy and sell prices. This is also my second time having to post this, due to the owner going through considerable effort to have it removed. Original detailed review below. I have done business with nearly all the local coin shops andthis guy is the worst. To put it into perspective, he was charging 3$ more per silver eagle than the other shops in Quakertown, and 1$ more per generic one ounce round. I ask him what percentage of melt he pays for gold, he refuses an answer and slides a sheet across the table containing a math problem for me to solve using fractions of the current spot price and pennyweights, when I was coming up with different percentages on my calculator trying to figure it out, he acted as if he didn’t know. Anyone who has been in this business for more than 7 1/2 seconds will know the exact percentage of melt they pay for gold, he simply didn’t want me to know and you’re about to find out why. I showed him a .268 pennyweight 10K gold ring (weight confirmed by both myself and another shop) He weighs it and announces to me that it is and I quote “.2 penny weights, it barely tips the scale” And immediately offers me 10.33$ Even IF it actually weighed the .2 pennyweights he falsely claimed, that offer is just shy of 73%. Which is not offensive, just substantially lower than other local shops. that was assuming the weight of 2 pennyweights, his offer actually is very offensive and actually quite shady considering the fact that this is over 2.6 pennyweights and it’s melt value is 18.9$. Would you be offended if someone offered you 10.33$ for a ring with a melt value of 18.9$? How about if they tried to charge you 44$ for a common one ounce silver eagle that you can get around the corner for 40-41$? Now let me wrap this up with him as a person, separate from the shitty numbers. As soon as I told him I have relationships with the other local shops and I enjoy shooting the shit with and buying coins with them all, he immediately lost the nice guy facade and began making comments left and right. He started shit talking every other shop owner in town, and told me that they were doing their math wrong when I told him what they offered me for the gold ring LOL He even said that the offer I got for my ring was more than its melt value. This guy is a joke, if the other dealers in town were giving people more than melt for their gold they would be out of business. I was very respectful and expressed wanting to develop a relationship with him, in response he passive aggressively told me that I need to do all of my buying and selling with a single coin shop because I “won’t be getting cut any deals” if I’m shopping around. This is a trademark of shops who sell higher than they should and underpay, every other honest dealer I’ve met clearly discloses what they pay and has no problem with you checking out the competition. My unprofessional opinion is that this guy largely runs his business based upon using his salesmanship to develop clueless loyal clients who trust him (which you can clearly see in his high star reviews) then make significantly larger profit margins than industry standard by selling higher and buying lower than his competitors. Then using mental manipulation tactics to strongly advise people not to take a look around and ask any questions to anyone who might say it how it is. He’ll give you a really solid sounding pitch about how everything he does is industry standard but I tell you this, take a piece of gold to him then go around the corner. See the difference in offers. Go to him and buy some silver then purchase the same things around the corner, see the difference in pricing. The only reasonable deal I saw in his store was silver 90% quarters for melt, makes you wonder how shitty of a deal he’s giving the poor soul who sold them to him. 1 star won’t be returning🪙👎

I had such a great experience here. The owner is super knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and you can tell he really cares about helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for. The selection is awesome and the prices are really fair. It’s also just a really welcoming place to browse and learn a bit about coins, even if you’re new to collecting. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

First time I ran into this guy I knew I found a great supplier of Silver Dollars. And fate would have it, I ran into him a second time at a great show in PA. Honesty is his middle name. A family man first. When you buy from him, you have no worries as to the value of your purchase. He explains completely what you’re buying and may recommend a better buy or tell you to not buy something. Many guys just take your money. Not them.
