Asked a simple question about a fountain pen nib and got a sarcastic, dismissive reply instead of help. Their eBay listing claims “great customer service is the foundation of our business,” but that foundation clearly doesn’t extend to basic courtesy. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
Abe was very attentive to my price desires for my items. He put only long and hard thought and consideration into how much it was all worth to him and the pawn shop… He made me feel worth his time and told me my items were totally exclusive, especially the Fluke Distance Meter. He really “went the distance” for me during my experience at the Aston Pawn Shop!! I definitely recommend bringing your items to see Abe and his co-workers when you’re looking to pawn them.

Came from Jersey to purchase Eagles Memorabilia that I saw on Facebook Marketplace. The two gentlemen were both polite and helpful. My nephew saw a RC car and we were given a good deal for both items. Was definitely worth the 1.5hr drive.
