Very helpful and love the end product

Sheldon was very upfront about the pricing of silver at the time since it was so crazy going up and down and explained that the low price was so that they did not take a loss and even advised me that if I wanted to wait til the market stabilized she would understand. very courteous. I will def be bring more items to sell there when i need to sell! oh I almost forgot everytime I stop by I ask about watches since I collect them and sell them but mainly I would like to trade my gold and silver for more watches lol.

I called ahead of time to discuss selling my gold, and got fair, upfront and honest pricing from the gate. I had the pleasure of working with Sheldon from start to finish - She was very affable, and the whole process took about 7-10 minutes. If the owners read this, I want to reiterate that the PEOPLE made or break a place; my experience was good because of Sheldon. Be good to Her.

Wow! Very impressed. Large, attractive store. I didn’t appreciate that they resell nice diamond jewelry. I will be taking my wife back to buy some. I brought in silver flatware and gold class rings Sheldon was a real pleasure to work with, not pushy. She explained how valuation worked. All seemed quite fair. I was pleasantly surprised at her purchase offer and walked out with a check (she would have given me cash, but I didn’t want that quantity of cash). I look forward to doing more business with them!
