Sold them a Ps5 pro 1tb with an extra 1tb nvme 2 controllers 1 game & a 500gb Xbox series s with a 1tb Seagate SSD the one that you life into the back and a elite 2 controller and a regular controller & also a pixel 9 pro xl unlocked and only got $635 dollars for all 3 when I check and did the math before showing up and should have got 750-900 at 1/4 the price because that's how pawnshops work when you pawn an item or sell them. been going there for yrs and feel like they have been getting more stingy with the amounts and making them lower than they should have be because a used PS5 pro with 1 controller no Xtra SSD or controller goes used completed sale on eBay for 550 a 2 tb ps5 with 1 controller on eBay for for 650-700 used so even doing a quarter that would be 300-350. The pixel 9 pro xl goes for 550-700 used on eBay sold listing as of current unless you look at the lower price ones with cracked screens and IMEI blocks that sell for 350-550. Which means even at 650 dollars that would be 275-300 at 1/4 the price. The Xbox series s they gave me 135 for when they sell without a elite 2 controller or the SSD that mine included for 200 used on eBay. I feel like they tried to find the lowest prices and unfairly quoted me on a sale so they could make a more profitable profit off my items. I can provide proof that even at 1/4 of what everything sells for online using used completed sales that I should have got between 750-900 at minimum not 635 which he had originally said was 650 before me questioning the elite 2 controller the regular controller and 1tb SSD & Xbox combined. I will also add that the last few times I've been in one or multiple of the people at the counter when I have tried to either sell out on a item or get it out and respawn of the items have stated weird rules about not being able to do that because of new Oregon laws and when I went home and looked it up nothing came up for the things they said. Don't get me wrong the staff is friendly but as of late it feels like the staff has been more stressed. I will also state the person who helped me with my sale when it came to my 2 tb ps5 pro with 2 controllers and game just turned and looked at the other 2 ps5's on the shelf then did some calculation and then offered me 200 for my ps5 which is what I normally get when pawning but I was selling it and the 2 ps5's on the shelf were only 1tb models with 1 controller and no nvme's. Posted to their Facebook page saying the same things and now I'm blocked from their page because when I went back to see if they had commented or replied their Facebook page now doesn't show up for me and this is literally 20 minutes after leaving their shop and posting what is above this sentence... TBH I wouldn't be surprised if I'm now banned from their store for posting a honest review to their google and Facebook pages...
