I had a lovely experience at Pacifc Gem Lab while having my engagement ring appraised. Brad is very sweet and knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain all of the details of my appraisal and what it all meant. Plus I was able to drop my ring off and pick it up just an hour and a half later! I will definitely be going back in the future if need be.

I felt like I was in my father’s coin shop when I was a kid. Old fashioned and professional business. No one trying to sell you anything and over charge you. Genuinely nice people and good business. If you want good quality and kindness this is where you want to come. My necklace is beautiful

I had a wonderful experience at Pacific Gem Lab. I brought my engagement ring in to be appraised, but also needed it resized. I was encouraged to get it resized first, then have it appraised. I took it to get resized at ABC Jewelers, (highly recommend), and they brought my ring down and to Pacific Gem Lab. Brad, who did the appraisal, was incredibly warm, friendly, and personable. He made me feel right at home, and made time for me to organize our next steps. He's a charming man, and I really enjoyed talking with him about a number of topics. He was up front about pricing, timing, and gave me some info on how the gem industry values stones, and how things have changed in recent years. I felt far more informed about the process when I walked out. I received a very fair appraisal, and at a great price, too. Everyone else who worked there seemed eager to help and personable with other clients. Brad is a real gem (sorry for the pun), and I will happily return for any other gem appraisal needs I have.
