1 word answers over the phone, awful experience

So I walked in and was just ignored... I stood in front of the guy for a good couple minutes as he read his magazine completely oblivious that I was standing there. Now I get that I’m not important but you would think you wanted to make a sale you would engage me a little... try to sell me something. I was looking at possibly buying a guitar. Anyways I will never go back not very customer friendly.

Not really sure about the negative reviews, the owner was very pleasant and everything was priced pretty well, would definitely shop here again

Absolute terrible experience here, The older man with long gray hair is just all around completely rude. From just how he acted just for me walking in, all the way to simply asking if he was interested in a few things I brought in. He did not even say hello, he did not smile, he did not ask to help me carry several heavy items overflowing in my arms. The shop was completely empty and I’m 99.9% sure this was the owner and he had his other employee washing his vehicle, watching me semi struggle. I won’t go back to buy or sell and I highly suggest you do that same. There’s ALOT of pawn shops out there that will treat you polite, fair, respectful and this unfortunately isn’t one of them.

Brought some hunting stuff in, owner was beyond disrespectful, and dismissed any questions or comments, go to State Street Pawn instead

I work in the area and frequently purchase from the local pawn shops. I occasionally stop in to see if inventory has improved or been updated. Without fail, I'm always ignored upon entry, and met with unfriendly stares. A few times I've entered and exited without either of the gentlemen saying a single word. The vibe is always misery. Hard to understand what keeps them interested.
