Oscar is one of few that I feel is honest. It’s REALKY hard to find in this line of business. As long as I’m living in Portland, Oregon, I will never go to anyone else except to Oscar with Portland Gold Buyers
Oscar was so helpful and easy to work with. He went through a bag of jewelry to figure out what everything was or wasn’t worth and remitted payment on the spot.
5 stars! I called him around 2pm in the after to get a rough estimate for some gold and he was able to see me in person that same day at 4pm. He gave us a great deal, my husband and I will definitely recommend and be coming back if we ever have any more gold to sell.

Oscar was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He was clear up front about his pricing + he explained everything each step throughout the (brief) process. Finally, he provided it all in writing so we could see on paper exactly how things were calculated. I have worked with some of OSCAR'S competitors and have always left feeling a little bit sketchy, like I was a casualty of some "dressed up" shell game. But this was different in the best way. It was an all around GOOD EXPERIENCE and I would / will absolutely work with him again.
I don’t write reviews very often on here and when I do, it’s usually from a negative experience, but I have to say I had a really great experience with Oscar today. He is honest, knowledgeable and gave me the best price for my gold necklace. He explained to me how he does his pricing and the differences between 14 karat versus 24 karat 10 karat, etc.. He put my gold necklace into his machine so I knew exactly what the composition was of Gold versus copper and zinc. I had a great experience with him and I ended up buying myself something special that I wasn’t planning on, so that was a nice surprise. I will definitely be doing business with him again in the future. Thanks Oscar 😄
