I purchased a gun in December 2025 the ad stated the gun came with a protective case, when I received gun , no case, emailed them , and they said they would send out aft xmas. Lat Jan. I emailed again, they said again the forgot and would send out asap. I did not receive it. Emailed again i. they said again would send out. It is Feb 27 and still have not received. This store and manager are either very incompetent or liars.

The Best Capital pawn in town. I love their customer service and their employees are so respectful. They call my silver horse a donkey. Inside joke Maria do that, she’s hilarious. Their prices are amazing. My loans are safe and secure. Im confident and comfortable in leaving my items here with them. Lorenzo and new guy Parker are cool cats. Megan is sweet. This has been my go-to place lately for jewelry. They have a large inventory and are constantly bringing in new items so I pop in frequently! Everyone that works here is friendly which is frankly uncommon in pawn shops. I especially like working with Megan as she is always patient with me, is excited to help me and when she pulls out items, lets me analyze it for myself vs. just reading what’s on the tag. My only cons about this place is that they do not negotiate on items and that they don’t list more on their website.
Best pawn shop everything in good condition brand new with boxes. You don’t really get that from pawn shops in Oregon, but this is the best shop that I always go to the best people in there. Good customer service Maria and Jason. Very nice 👌🏾😘😘✌🏽friendly. Every time I come in I feel welcome in there. They always show me good products. I just can’t stay out of there in a good way thank you so much Jason and Maria for helping me. I appreciate it.
