Very rude.

The man who answered the phone was rude. When asked about selling silver he absolutely refused, claiming he did not want them in his building. When asked why, he stated he can’t sell them. Fascinating how these dealers love it when you buy silver at $20 an oz but then when people want to sell they will not buy it.

Dude who answered the phone Clearly wants and/or has never had his ass kicked. Very rude and probably doesn't get much business outside of his friends if he has any.

Came by to spend a grip of money since I'm not from here and wanted a new selection of coins; however, the man had closed and waived his hands abruptly to signal that he wasn't open. Frustrating to say the least as his hours said he was open when we googled the store. We will never return, and hopefully he works out whatever cranky attitude he's got before he loses so much business that he can't keep his shop open.

I’ve read the reviews and although I do know he can be a grump sometimes he is still more fair for pricing than anyone in the town and if your looking to sell your gold he gives you more than anyone else so please if you have had a bad experience with him give him another chance and you’ll be more than satisfied when you leave his place .

My fiancé had some coins passed down to her from her father. When we arrived, I took out some coins and he just laughed at them. He was very rude and I had to bite my tongue because I didn’t want to be rude. I would never go back!
