We stumbled upon this cozy new bar after a dinner at Friendship Kitchen. Collector had some of the best cocktails I've had in Portland and the staff were so nice and friendly (shout out to Carson!). I loved the stark exposed rough concrete wall, enclosed wood booths and the bar wall thoughtfully covered in a unique collection of artifacts, art and a large taxidermy peacock. Even the music seemed intentional and personal. It's been a long time since I've had such a genuinely lovely experience at a bar and look forward to our next visit.— Betty Haller, Dec 2023
The perfect bar! Great happy hour, cute small plates, lovely drink list. Welcome addition to the cutest corner in Portland. Nice bartenders. Beyond lovely space. It’s such a locals spot, not too busy but lovely buzz of people coming in and out, getting a drink or two before wandering on to dinner plans or a night out.
