It's legit. I order two pamp suisse gold bar as a gift for my mom's 50th birthday, and my flight is on end of Mar. At first, I was afraid that this company was a scam, and also the bars were unable to ship before my deadline. However, everything is legit, and I received the items buy today. The items was delivered in 2 weeks, and was fully packed and guarded. Will recommend it to my circle and will continue to do shopping with this dealer when we get a good deal.

I recently made a small purchase from Toronto Gold Bullion online to try them out. Everything I ordered said it was in stock and available for "fast ship" on their website. After more than 3 weeks waiting for my order to ship, I called to check on the status. The employee that I spoke to on the phone was extremely professional and assured me that even though my order was supposed to ship on the 26th, they ran into unexpected delays and assured me that it would ship out the following Business day. He even offered for me to stop in the shop for an espresso if I was ever in town. I said I'd be in TO for business in a couple of weeks and I would take him up on that. I'm looking forward to doing more business with Toronto Gold Buillion going forward.

I went to pick up my Silver this morning 2 ounces from the Perth mint lunar series, great customer service and very knowledgeable. Also met the owner he gave me cheesecake and a espresso shot. Definitely will be back to build my Silver & Gold stack 👍

This is a very friendly and trustworthy place. It can be busy at times, mainly because of its strong reputation and the trust it has earned from customers. For bulk purchases and pre-orders, the pricing is very competitive and often more affordable than other places. Ehsan, the manager, is professional, approachable, and always willing to guide customers and provide helpful information to ensure they make the right decisions. Overall, it is a reliable place, especially for larger and long-term purchases.

I contacted TGB last week because I saw they had the best prices on the markets for their precious metals. These guys are straight up honest people and not looking to scam their customers for a quick dollar. I spoke with Eshan and he was a huge pleasure to deal with. He assured that my order was important to them and was very apologetic that they’re are delays. There are a lot of reviews about bad customer service and long wait times on the phone but you people have to consider what they’re going through right now. Every day they deal with hundreds of customers and don’t have time to answer email or phone calls all day. Just be considerate and appreciate the hard work they do. I will definitely be coming back to purchase more, you guys are awesome. Thank you Eshan and his entire team for such excellent customer service 💯

Rude owner!!! I visited this gold shop back in October, and while the transaction itself was okay, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The owner tends to sugarcoat everything, but the setup makes the buying process uncomfortable. You’re placed in a very small enclosed chamber while the representative sits on the other side behind bulletproof glass and communicates through a microphone. It honestly feels more like visiting a jail than shopping for precious metals. You’re not allowed to browse or view different options freely, they only bring out the exact piece you ask for. There’s no opportunity to compare items side by side or take your time looking at selections. It feels very restrictive, almost as if they’re doing you a favor by showing anything at all. Another issue is that everything they were selling appeared to be pre-owned, with visible marks and tarnishing. On top of that, they wouldn’t allow me to properly handle the coins or bars before purchasing. They also didn’t offer any protective case or capsule for the coins I bought, which was disappointing. Three months later, I called to ask how much they were offering for some silver. The initial quote was extremely low. When I mentioned I had checked other stores and market prices and shared a fair number, the owner dismissed it and implied I was making up figures. The conversation felt condescending and unprofessional, so I ended the call. Surprisingly, he called back shortly after, asked about the condition of the silver, and then suddenly agreed to meet my price. Since then, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I went to Global Bullion Suppliers, where the experience was completely different. Not only were the coins in mint condition and competitively priced, but they also provided a complimentary coin tube. The overall customer service was respectful and professional, exactly what you would expect when dealing with precious metals. There are many shops that offer competitive prices while also treating customers like humans and creating a comfortable buying and selling environment. Unfortunately, this was not one of them. I won’t be returning!!!

I recently bought 3 coins that were quite fairly priced and 2 of them were difficult to find elsewhere. I’m very happy with the coins that I got. They are a very busy shop at the moment and it took a few days for my package to be sent, but once they did it arrived overnight. I didn’t pay for this upgrade in shipping and was pleasantly surprised that it was sent this way. The person packing it used very sturdy shipping tape, and the box contained another box inside with the same sturdy shipping tape, then enclosed in bubble wrap secured by shipping tape. Amazing coins and amazing service! Thank you!
