Made my order, charged $1000, got my receipt and everything. Don't get a tracker for shipping so I call 3 days after I made the order, they say "were not selling it for that cheap" after already giving me a receipt and holding my money for 3 days then has the balls to say if I want it I can pay an extra $400 because "spot went up". Do not recommend, in fact im going to go out of my way to let people know NOT to use these scammers.

They had two coins from the Royal Canadian Mint, from 2013, nowhere on the website did it state the condition of the coins themselves so I assumed the coins were in mint condition. Instead I get two coins with damaged packages, boxes, and one with a chipped/crack coin capsule. When I called to get information and wondered if there was anything that can be done for compensation, while voicing my concern in a calm manner. The older man on the other line who was apparently in charge of shipping, said the person who redirected me, told me what do I expect it's 13 years old and you wanted them in mint condition!? Fine send them back we will refund you and call it a day that's it. He was rude and snapped on me. I highly don't recommend buying from them. And considering I paid almost retail of their value from 2013, it was money not well spent. Even after a boxing day discount.

Had such a great experience here! My parents had reached out about selling a coin, and the offer they got was incredibly reasonable. Since the shop is closer to me, my fiancé and I went in to sell it for them — and they stuck to the exact same price my parents were quoted earlier, which my parents really appreciated. The staff were welcoming and clearly knew what they were talking about. The ladies at the front were friendly and easy to chat with, and the owner was polite and straightforward. We also ended up selling a ring while we were there and got a much better price than what we were offered in Toronto. Overall, super honest people and a great place to deal with — highly recommend!

Great website, and huge selection! Only recently stumbled upon them and have now placed my 7th order within 30 days. Had no issues with shipping either. I was even refunded for 1 of my shipping costs when I placed orders back to back (because I always find more awesome pieces after ordering). Definitely recommend, 10 stars if I could.
