Did not know what to expect but very professional to deal with. Connor was easy to deal with and I liked that you go to a room for privacy and security guard if your older and retired like me felt safer. I don’t carry money so they can issue you a cheque or blend with cash. In Hamilton not taking silver dollars they were more than happy to buy and instead of stuff collecting dust we know can finish and use for upgrades around the house. Thank you I recommended friends and family instead of going to those traveling Auction companies they are local long time business and wish went sooner. Thank you Connor.

Brought in a rare mid 19th century coin in F to VF condition. Very dismissive, "it's scrap" comment by assessor, without even bothering to look at the coin.

I had a really great experience. They offered me a price based on spot, and the type of bullion I had. They were under spot by 2-3%, which I thought was a fair price considering the current value of metals! The facility felt safe, a security guard unlocks the door for you, and you meet with an attendant in a room off to the side. The attendant I dealt with was friendly and courteous. They had options to receive payment in cash or cheque, but had limits on how much cash they can hand out for one transaction. Overall I felt safe, that I received a fair price, and that the service was above average. Would recommend.

I have made 2 orders prior to making this 3rd purchase and love that they have a great selection on different grades and currencies, shipping times may be a little off , in my opinion that is because they are so busy, still enjoy it very much comes with tracking so you can watch it on the way to you. 💪🏻💪🏻🎉💸

This was such a cool place! I bought some coins online and picked them up here. They were a gift so I have never heard of this place until then. But it was so cool, they have so many collectable stuff in here and the staff w as so quick and friendly in getting my order. They also have a good security system and the guard was very friendly and opened the door for me. If I ever want to buy more collectable items, especially as gifts, this is the first place I'll go to.
