Been there.... not so friendly I don't recommend

I have the task of sorting through my parents estate and am dealing with many different collectables and belongings. James has been extremely helpful with the gold coins and other silver pieces they had. No question goes unanswered or is not explained to the best of his ability. A wealth of knowledge, a quick chat and a welcome smile await me every time I visit his location. I compared prices originally and he was by far the best. No need to do that anymore. Best of all he is local and in a very convenient location. Do not hesitate in giving Central Coin and James a visit both for buyers and sellers.

As we cleaned out our house in preparation to move we gathered up a store of old coins and jewelery we had collected over the last 50 years and took it the shop. James examined each item explained what had value and which didn't. He was only looking for items with silver or gold value. He weighed them separately based on content I.e. 10 carat vs 18 carat. We were very impressed with time he spent and the openess he showed explaining every step. We were very happy and pleased with the amount we received. Definitely would go back.

He was friendly but selling well above retail (22.34 above spot) is insane for his inventory... no wiggle room at all ill pay spot + 10% for better taken care of, not Just a petina, rust on his last.silver and charging me.25% over spot..... he has just garbage left... nobody wants water or humidity damaged spot... improperly cared for

I brought in my late mother's silverware. He checked the price online right in front of me, weighed the pieces, and rounded up in his offer. A great guy and trustworthy.
