This was my first time purchasing from this store. Until now, I’ve always ordered precious metals from Costco or a bank, so I expected a similar level of accuracy and presentation. Unfortunately, the product I received did not match the description. The listing stated that the reverse side would include PAMP’s logo and essential details such as the weight, purity (.999 fine silver), and a serial number, and that it would come in a protective assay card. However, the bar I received had none of these features—no serial number, no markings as described, and it arrived in a simple plastic bag instead of an assay card. I called customer service to report the issue and explain the discrepancy, but the only option I was given was to return the item. This still meant I would lose the money paid for shipping, so it didn’t feel like a real solution. Overall, my experience was disappointing. If you plan to buy from them, I strongly recommend calling first to confirm that the product you’ll receive actually matches the description.

Excellent experience at Bullion Mart! I called ahead and the staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to confirm stock availability. In-store service was just as great — welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. They even gave me a complimentary 2026 booklet, which was a really nice touch. Must visit for anyone buying gold or silver. Friendly staff and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!
