Visiting my sister, drove from Arkansas this is my second time coming to Tulsa Gold and Gems! Sold my silver and got the best price! It was a fabulous experience and like always, greeted with a smile from the representative that helped me with the transaction! I found some scrap silver and gold laying around and decided to take it around and see what it was worth...WOW! TGG gave me by far the most money and the people were super nice and easy to work with. The security guard was also very helpful and you could tell this place was super safe. I would 100% recommend you check them out...
I tried them the first time last week, bringing my late mother's estate sterling silver, and I was pleasantly surprised at the good deal they offered me. I came with two other competing offers in-hand already, one of them from a prominent national online bullion dealer. TG&G's offer was even better than those. I will definitely be back! This being my first time there, I admit I was a little creeped-out by the high security: an armed (yet friendly) guard, doors you must be buzzed-through, and teller windows with high-security glass -- it felt a little prison-esque. It wasn't at all what I was expecting, because it wasn't like the other Tulsa coin shops I visited in the past. But I understand that their valuable inventory must be protected. The parking situation is also a little tight. Despite those surprises, everyone I interacted with was friendly and upbeat and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I will definitely come back when I have more to sell or buy. Note: I was not offered nor incentivized in any way to leave this review, which would be a violation of both Google's terms of service and possibly FTC rules.
After visiting several other similar companies I was very impressed with Tulsa Gold & Gems. They were very professional, made my transaction easy with quick and friendly service. I even got more than I expected. Highly recommend!
