People were very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help out. Very large selection from coins to tools, everything you could want except guns. Pay a good deal on loans, reasonable prices, and are well organized. Very much recommend this pawn shop!
I used to do lots of business with HL but idk what is going on but they go way way low on pricing 100% profit is not enough here they are shooting for 300% profit and will not take anything other than jewelry nowadays and as I said 300% profit sad we need a good fair pawn broker in McAlester so ppl who are in need of cash for emergencies can get the fair decent help deserve for their things they worked hard for get rich off other ppl hardships...
I had bought a ring from HL pawn and dealt with the ring home.We noticed that two of the diamonds were broke and he said they were feathered but they were broke, I gave him a necklace for part of the deal I Went back a couple days later and I wanted to buy the necklace back but he said he already sold it, He looked right into my face and lied to me, Just over a few dollars, You cannot trust The man very untrustworthy.Do not do business with this company, His wife and daughter are sweetest can be , but he's very Is very dishonest
Has a nice selection of items, but no one is willing to help. Greeted me and my wife at the door and that’s the furthest the conversation between me and the owner got. Asked for help and didn’t receive it. He was busy with another customer and his other employee sat their playing on her cell phone. Clearly didn’t need or want my business, which is fine for me. There are plenty of shops in that given area. May stop by again to see if this changes and change my review.
I've done business for the last 2 years at H L's. I usually don't write reviews but I have felt compelled too. The people at H L's are awesome. They truly care about you and it shines through in how you are treated here. I don't take customer service lightly. They simply are the best!
