I had THE MOST AMAZING experience with Tipton's FJ. I am stationed at Ft. Sill, decided to pop the question to my gf and needed a quality ring, for the right price and easy to navigate the sale as I'm limited on what I can do while serving. Sent a message to the business and Owner Kara Tipton, reached out to help. Little did we know that this experience was going to be way crazier than expected. I went on con-leave (the opportunity to propose) and met my gf in Vegas. Unfortunately, the ring was stuck in mailing at the base. Kara, on her private family vacation, went OUT OF HER WAY to get me a substitute ring, shipped overnight, to my hotel so that I could go through with my plan. Long story short - popped question, got the yes, and really felt that I made the right choice with choosing Tipton's. They from top down, care about the customer and their experience. We need more family owned businesses like these that don't just think of each customer as another sale. I will buy from them in the future, even if they are out of state for me. My son received a watch as a graduation gift and we needed to find a jeweler to adjust the size for him. Tipton's was nearby and they were so helpful and kind. We spoke to several ladies working that day and they were all just great. If I lived nearby they'd have my business always. We browsed while we were there and they have many beautiful pieces.
