Very deceptive. I called in advance. Was told to bring said item in. Brought it in. Representative acted like they didn't get a phone call. I called reps name. I reminded her that I was caller. They failed to pawn item due to their inability to read a sn# and model # that was clearly on my item. Once I pointed that out. Owner decided to change her attitude and wheeled my product to me. So their lack of accountability, concern and way she's conducted business since " original owner passed away" has been lacking of excellent customer service. Albeit if it was my roach or feather's she would've tried to buy my products

Good place. I follow them on fb and found myself recently somewhat close so I made a trip. Nice variety of items. Some stuff is decently priced, some is a bit on the expensive side. The staff we interacted with were friendly. If you're in the area, stop in! You'll find something you want.

Love sharps. Awesome inventory with reasonable pricing. I posted a lic of my new pendleton wallet. The wife got new pendleton bath towels and purse.

Great shop for beads and accessories. I am sure their other products are great as well. I order all my beading supplies from Sharps.
