Make sure you call before coming & make sure they are open. According to the sign on the door they will open “when they are able”. Don’t go off the business hours posted on Google. I’ve done business here before & I have no complaints just wanting to warn people to call before coming so you don’t waste your time & gas.

The female they have working there is rude & impatient. She wouldnt even look at what I brought in bc the store was getting busy. All the jewerly I brought in She wouldnt even look at, before I could even show her what I got she told me that it was fake & wouldnt look at it. Ill take my business somewhere else from now on.

After contacting some 15 other places, Gold Buyer OK was the only one worth doing business with. They were friendly, polite, and professional, and they offered me more than double what another place had offered. They used an X-Ray machine to accurately analyze the gold and gems, while the other place just eyeballed everything, probably so they could lowball me. As far as I can tell, Gold Buyer OK is the best and they’re beyond professional. Sell your gold here and nowhere else!

Wade and Taylor were awesome to work with. Super welcoming, fair, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. They paid top dollar and were very transparent the entire time. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

I went in to sell a piece of jewelry I just don't wear and wade helped me and my husband and he was awesome! Wade is very honest and knowledgeable on gold and jewelry. The place is immaculate and it's nice and safe with the locking door. Will definitely return if I choose to sell any of my other jewelry

Went in to sell some silver I’ve had forever but haven’t used in ages and a couple gold rings I don’t wear anymore. I will definitely never go anywhere else. Their prices were better than any of the other establishments I went to and their staff was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I was helped by Miss Taylor up front who couldn’t have been any sweeter! She was up front and fair about pricing and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and made me feel completely comfortable with the entire process!

BEWARE…..!!…I went to the 39th St. location at approximately 11:00 am to sell a loose diamond. Spoke with Taylor whom appeared congenial at that time. However, the owner was there. Taylor quoted $2,200 for the diamond. I needed to talk to hub before selling. I asked if that quote would remain the same when I came back. Yes she said. I returned … LESS THAN …. 2 hours later ready to sell. She counted out $1,200 cash.! Excuse me…!!! She CLAIMED that was the quote.! Owner was gone to lunch.! I reminded her that was wrong. She was rude and condescending. Didm’t sell obviously.! In response to this review she will stand by the $1,200 amount, but, I KNOW what she said .! Simply because I received the same quote of $2,200 from two other people. I would never have returned for $1,200..! Be very aware.! She has been there 21 years and obviously gets away with a lot. She was trying to rip me off for $1,000 … probably going in her pocket…! Taylor not only lied but, that is fraud at its finest.! To the Owners…!… DO NOT LEAVE her alone with that money..!

I called in and was treated with respect and given information on how selling gold works. When I came in they were a bit busy but I was able to get in and out in under 30 minutes. The owner helping me was so kind and courteous. She explained what to look for in real gold and even commented on a beautiful diamond ring I had saying “they don’t cut diamonds like that anymore”. They paid fair prices and were a joy to be around. Will definitely go back when I’m ready to part ways with anymore pieces. I sold multiple rings with and without diamonds, golden tooth (yessss tooth) and necklaces. They truly are great people that give you honest feedback.
