Lost screw then denied losing it owner didn't care and watch was perfect, he stripped screws and lost one. Horrible customer service
Absolutely no stars but I couldn't post without at least one. We dropped off broken chain (with the charm) three weeks ago. Came today to pick up and they said it was lost. He replaced the chain but refused to replace my charm. Horrible service.
