I took some old family coins there. The owners were honest, upright, and forthcoming. They offered me a fair price and we reached a deal.
I would call around before bringing your precious metals they are only giving 60% melt on silver went down the road from my house and got 85%.
Went there with a cross-bow (10 pt. Wicked ridge) that had been fired maybe 4 times. They said the bow strings were binding up (they actually were looking at the thicker portion of the strings where to arrow is fired). Wouldn't recommend them because they seem to make things up instead of just saying no thanks. Seems they lack integrity.
Would not recommend. Previously had taken 8ozs of silver coins in a was offered 233.00. At the time I declined and returned , it’s been a few weeks since my last visit. I had called ahead and ask about pricing in which I was told would be 80% of spot price, current spot price at the time was roughly 48 and change I believe we had figured 80% to be roughly 38 dollars. I returned with 24.2 ozs having weighed on 2 separate scales. They attempted to tell me it only weighed 21ozs and that my scales-have to be broken Anyways I was offered 300.00 this time with almost twice as much and my last visit Biggest crooks I’ve dealt with. Don’t waste your time dealing with these people.
Very clean business. Friendly staff. However, I would stay away from bringing in your luxury watches. They had an expert come in to assess my Rolex and he had very shaky hands and scratched up the case back when checking the movement. They also only offer near 1/3 of value — even on a pawn. Pretty unfortunate.
Great all around experience the employees here were very knowledgeable about my items and had the best advice and trade in options, they made me as a customer feel very important and treated me like family as far as comfortability and I thank them so much.
I went in to get rid of some gold chains and jewelry that were sitting in a drawer never wearing. They were super professional , very friendly and very fair for the sale Highly recommend. Being a business owner customer service is key and they are professional and very knowledgeable.
