They canceled my order and still charged me. They still have yet to refund me it's been a Month. They said they only Just canceled it. They are crooks.

We were required to wait the full eight weeks, plus a day or two, but did not want to be unreasonable given the explanation of the sudden rush of orders approximately the same time as ours. The spokesperson was kind, sounded knowledgeable, and asked for our patience. We still distrust those without our previous business experience, despite their seemingly well-meaning nature, based on our experience with a home mover. Our apologies. Eight weeks and two days after our order was placed, we received a full quality shipment delivered to our door. John is excited to be the owner of a compact collection of easy-to store bullion. Again, our apologies and thanks for a shipment welcomed.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my order placed on October 6th. I have made several attempts to reach out via phone, but unfortunately, my experience with customer service has been less than satisfactory. I also sent an email about this matter but have yet to receive a response. On one occasion, I spoke with a representative who answered with “I’m unable to hear if you’re speaking, please call back” and disconnected the call. I am still waiting for my order to arrive, and I am concerned as it appears that orders placed after mine are being delivered in time for Christmas. Yet, I haven’t heard anything about mine.

Order #W15-0041320 placed on October 8, 2025 for a personalized silver bar. At the time of ordering, the stated fulfillment window was 4–6 weeks. As of December 22, 2025: No shipment received No tracking number provided No written response to multiple emails No return call after leaving a voicemail I spoke with the order line, and the representative stated that this level of delay is not normal. Additionally, Lincoln Treasury’s recorded message says that silver orders placed by December 5th would ship before Christmas, yet my order was placed nearly two months earlier. I understand delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication is the issue. I am still willing to receive the product, but at this point I am simply seeking a clear status update, tracking number, or resolution. Posting this review in hopes of finally receiving acknowledgment or closure. 01/31/2016 I want to share the full and honest experience, because there were both serious issues and genuine positives. I placed an order with Lincoln Treasury for custom silver bars. The craftsmanship and final product quality are genuinely excellent—clean work, solid weight, and the personalized bars were done very well. That part deserves credit. However, the process to get there was long, inconsistent, and required repeated follow-ups over an extended period of time. I was given multiple shipping estimates that were later revised, with delays attributed to tooling and production issues. Communication only became consistent after leaving a public review, and progress tended to happen after escalation, not proactively. To their credit, Lincoln Treasury did ultimately work to remedy the situation. They shipped complimentary silver during the delay, stayed in contact afterward, and the final order was eventually delivered. I do appreciate the effort made at the end to make things right. That said, customers should not have to chase timelines or rely on pressure to receive clear answers. Transparency and accurate expectations upfront would have changed this experience significantly. I’m updating this review to reflect the full outcome—not erasing history, but acknowledging both the delays and the resolution. The reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is simple: the craftsmanship is very good, and the order was ultimately fulfilled. I hope this helps future customers make an informed decision and encourages improved communication going forward.

My last rating was somehow taken down it appears. Apparently I am part of a growing list of unhappy customers. My order was placed September 27th for the surname silver bars and I received notification today my order was cancelled. No communication other than numerous offers to purchase other items almost daily. Phone calls and emails unresponded to since mid December - until today. I cannot get my original purchase because it was "discontinued", but I could get this new bait and switch offer with half of the silver content. They got caught with their pants down by the move in the price of silver I suspect and just will not honor the purchase that was bought and paid for. Their customer service is non-existent. I recommend people stay very far away from this company - maybe one day their business regains some character. Update, still no response to this or other emails.

Im sure the bars will be nice when the ever want to arrive. Ordered these over 6 weeks ago. They just left me a message. Another 4 to 6 weeks. Ridiculous. Bought these for a gift. Birthday party was a month ago. Wish I didn't buy these, YET TO BE SEEN silver bars Ok. I'd like to update my review. When I reached out to Lincoln about the delay. They apologized and sent my silver bars out immediately, rather than give some type of excuse. They acted quickly and appropriately. Very satisfied. Thank you. Dk

Lincoln Treasury has been fantastic to work with. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire purchasing process incredibly easy. The silver bars I ordered were delivered promptly and in perfect condition. They appear to be high quality and exactly what I was hoping for! It’s clear they take pride in their service and products. I’m very impressed and will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!
