Sherri Valentine listened carefully to what I was trying to achieve, and made it happen: a lovely pear diamond to accompany my wedding ring. There were different directions we could have gone with this, but she persisted until we found the right one, and we couldn't be more delighted!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting my engagement ring from here. Scott Hannig, my sales specialist helped me every step of the way. I had zero knowledge going in, and Scott helped me design a perfectly customized ring for my partner. His communication was a 10/10 and made me feel comfortable and appreciated no matter how many questions I had. I would 100% recommend EDC for all your jewelry needs

Cody is an absolute “gem”! He makes walking in this store fun, not high pressure, and takes his time with the customer helping them to get exactly what they want done correctly the first time! Just a bit bummed that jeweler was gone for over a month when dropped off engagement ring to have wedding band made and was told it would be ready when we got back from Florida! This was last week in July. Jeweler was still off in August, and my ring is being made now, September, and was told another 4-6 weeks!! But other than this they are very nice. Love the designs of other pieces, rings, necklaces which are timeless.

I had the request of a completely custom engagement ring and even brought my own diamond. She helped curate the exact vision perfectly with her team. My fiance bought a ring from a metal smith ive loved for years, but guessed too large on the size! We took it in to EDC to get resized. It was a whole size different and my ring was intricate on top, so I was prepared for a no. Instead, the ring was perfectly resized and intact! So thankful I found them and they did excellent work!

Sarah did a wonderful job, start to finish, helping us create our perfect custom engagement ring! She and the entire EDC team did an awesome job making us feel welcome and at ease during the entire process! I’m so in love with my one of a kind Ring!

Last year we had a terrible experience at a highly rated jeweler in Cincinnati where we were basically just belittled and treated like dirt at our engagement ring consultation. On the way home, we decided to stop at EDC. We met Scott and within minutes, we knew he was the person we wanted to buy our ring from. I wanted a more custom design, and Scott didn’t waste our time showing us/trying to convince us to pick a different ring out like every other jeweler had done. He instead explained exactly how designing a ring would work and even showed us examples of what they were currently working on. We didn’t have an appointment and we walked in 30 minutes before they closed, but Scott treated us like we were the most important people in the world. My fiancée said everyone was wonderful throughout the entire design process as well. And of course, my ring is perfection. I was very particular about every little detail I wanted in the ring and not one single thing was missed. They truly could not have done a better job taking care of us. Thank you to everyone at EDC, especially Scott. We will be customers for life.
