As likeable as the owner is, she sells garbage. It's chaotically overpriced, cleaned and improperly sorted. I saw her on Thursday and I was welcomed to an offer on a roll of silver quarters for $80! That is well over $100 under melt. Do NOT trust her.

I will say I was very dissapointed with my experience here at hubbard gold and coin. After literally being friends with the owners son for years I was expecting some honesty for an appraisal of a 14k gold bracelet. I was not expecting to get ripped off or lied to about the actual value of my jewlery. I was offered 250 dollars for the bracelet when up the street at the village goldsmith I was offered nearly DOUBLE the price for the true value of my bracelet. DO NOT go here, the owner is a liar and will rip you off. Very dissapointing to see such shady untrustworthy behavior from what I assumed were relatively decent kind people. If you need to sell your gold go up the street to village goldsmith. The owner is very kind and an honest man who will do you right. Hubbard gold and coin is as shady and dishonest as they come. The owner looked me right in the face and lied. I will not be returning.
Lovely owner. Brought some of my stuff in, and she was very professional about letting me know what was real, and what wasn't. Offered a very fair price for what I had. 100% recommended!
