Had a decent experience, maybe a little customer service would be better.

Store isn’t open during normal business hours that are posted. Don’t waste your time, taking my money somewhere else.

Went to Arlington Coin & Watchworks to have my bracelet adjusted on a new watch. Parking is plentiful and accessible. Pleasant experience, glad such a place exists. Update: still coming here 4 years later, countless watch services and some metals related inquiries. I've had only positive experiences with both Tim and Greg, they both know a lot and this is definitely the place to come for watches, metals, and appraisals. My family is going to do an appraisal here too.

I dropped my watch off for repairs Dec 20. I don’t have it back and the owner never answers the phone. The voicemail is full. I stopped by today on Tuesday and the shop is closed. This is the second time I’ve come to the shop to have it closed during “business hours”. I need my watch back. Don’t trust your items to this place. Update: the owner replied that we have been harassing him. We are calling during business hours. I stopped by during business hours. Store is closed. I have a valid concern that my watch will not be returned to me since it has been with the watchmaker-not the store owner-for almost 7 weeks. The owner also told me he would speak to the watchmaker and let me know when my watch would be ready. He has never done that. I am simply following up.

Specifically went there because it’s open Saturday until 3. Got there a bit before noon. Closed.

Watch battery service was quick and very inexpensive. The owner was very friendly and attentive to my watch as we talked about the value of it and how I became the owner of it through being left to me by my father. I suggest you stop in and look at the war memorabilia. I was surprised by the different things on display and for sale.

I have tried time and time again to let Arlington Coin and Watchworks have one more opportunity but it seems as if today was my last time going in. I have been in three times. The first time I went in, I had great customer service. I came in for a battery and it was quick and easy. I'm not sure who was working on this day but there were two big dogs there at the time. Upon going back the second time, I believe it was Tim was who helped me out. He was extremely rude and condescending. Tim did question as to why some of the watches I brought were left handed and some were right handed watches, not sure why that was necessary. When I asked if they had a referral for a place that works on cuckoo clocks. I was told "No, it's as easy as simply googling it myself." Tim seemed inept and couldn't get the backs of my watches on. I was having a problem with one of my watches working and he told me to put it under a light to charge it in the most rude way. No shocker that the watch not getting enough light wasn't the issue and it had to be sent out for repair. I went to pickup my watch today that was sent out for repair from the store and waited probably 30 minutes to even be helped because Tim seemed to not be able to get another customers back on their watch on. Coincidentally, their watch had to be sent out for repair due to not being able to put the back on. I will NOT be bringing any more of my watches here or even giving them another chance.

The owner replaced the batteries in two of my watches on the spot in less than 10 minutes. Great experience with friendly, fast, and very reasonably priced services. Will be coming back for all future watch repair or purchasing needs.
