Received a vintage plastic radio from a HiBid online auction quickly, at a VERY reasonable shipping cost, packed appropriately, with no damage. Would recommend and buy again!

Used to be such a great auction house. Ever since they went to online only half the stuff you get is broken or missing pieces it would be nice if they took a second to put anything in the description since they no longer allow you to come in and look at the items.

2nd Cents is The Top Rated Cleveland auction house because they work hard and care deeply about customer satisfaction. Having worked with all Cleveland area auction houses, I tend to rely on them more than others because of their integrity and customer service. I have been a regular customer for many years. Every Employee is kind, patient and competent. They also do not have 'staff turnover', which is a High indicator that they are a classy organization. I am grateful for all of them.
