Great people very fair and respectful

I have purchased electronics from this establishment staff was very helpful and assisted me in what I was looking for. I also was robbed in my neighborhood and I stopped by asking the nice staff was any of my stolen property brought there. I was told no but they took my information and told me if it was they would call me. I never got my stuff back but the fact that the staff took the time and took my information and tried to help me. Customer Service goes along way and I am great appreciative. I would like to let your owner know that you do a wonderful job. Also on another note I have met the owner and he to is a wonderful man. Keep up the great work. This is an establishment that does not take advantage of people in hard times and this is why this business has been around along time. Keep doing good for your community.

I’ve been to multiple other shops and they never really have what I’m looking for. And All the time I return to this shop I always get what I’m looking for, whether they have it in stock or not. If they don’t have it In stock they make it their business to get it for me. I love this shop . They are very trust worthy, dependable, and polite. Whenever I felt like I was not happy with my service, they’d always apologize and go above and beyond to help me out until I was satisfied. I highly recommend this location for any jewelry or pawning needs. They’re completely understanding and truly care about their customers. They are all completely friendly and outgoing people.. they all treat each and every customer with respect and I would never go to another place for jewelry. The owner of the store is incredibly patient and kind. He was very informative! Not only did he give me a good price, but he gave me a much more valuable lesson teaching me about different golds. There are dozens of pawn shops in the area, however it's the owners amazing customer service that will keep me coming back!
