Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I'm shocked by how rude and unprofessional the owner of this business was. My husband brought in a genuine watch, and without any explanation or proper evaluation, the owner bluntly said it was fake and insulted my husband by telling him he “doesn’t know anything about watches.” No reasoning. No evidence. No professionalism. The watch is authentic and backed by paperwork, which makes this interaction even more concerning. Whether due to incompetence or arrogance, this is not how you treat customers especially when dealing with high-value items. We will never return, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who values respect or expertise!

They quoted me a high price over the phone for my gold just to get me to come in. When I arrived, they suddenly lowered the offer and said they "need to make a commission." The original price was basically a lie. Very misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

I have been going to RCB for about 5 years. The staff is great! Raj the owner is very easy to deal with and is very fair. I recently wanted to sell some jewelry, I didn’t feel comfortable going to other places so I went back to Raj. He is a gentleman and treated me with respect.i sold my jewelry to him with no regrets. If I come across some jewelry at home I want to sell I will go right back to RCB. I also told people I know how great the place is and they’re going to go as well. I wish I could give 10 stars, but 5 is the max. Thank you Sean R.

Mud was the most gentle, straightforward and honest person I dealt with. We agreed on a reasonable price when I sold my items. Also, Gucci is dope!!!!! Such a cute dog!!!
