First time visiting the store today and purchased a nice piece. Mandi is who assisted me with the purchase but the entire staff there was amazing to work with. Extremely nice people. Beautiful piece of jewelry at a very reasonable price. I give them 5 stars and highly reccommend them for all of your jewelry needs!!!!

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! Beautiful showroom, knowledgable/friendly staff, and such an amazing array of inventory. I had went in years ago and bought a pair of diamond earrings for my wife. Marcella spent about an hour going through the "4 C's" of diamonds (cut, color, clarity and carat) basically giving me a free gemology class! She was patient and kept bringing out inventory for me to look at until I found the perfect pair and in my price range, too! I went back about a year later and bought my wife a stunning diamond tennis bracelet. This time I was taken care of by Helen. Equally as knowledgeable and friendly! They also took the time and showed me their online inventory too! Which was in the thousands of items including a ton of great vintage and antique pieces, too! After having several poor interactions with the larger chain stores, I realized there was no where I rather purchase fine jewelry (and coins/paper money and collectibles) than from Roman Jewels. I went back and made the ultimate purchase...my wife's engagement ring, and our wedding bands. This time Mandi helped me and let me tell you! She knows how to make a sale. The right way! No pressure, unlimited patience and a true understanding of what the customer wants. Furthermore they don't just sell jewelry...they have coins and collectibles, too! Bobby is another wonderful addition to this place too, with vast knowledge of coins/paper money, collectibles and rare watches! Got myself a nice 18k omega watch and some Morgan silver dollars for when my kids get a visit from the tooth fairy :) Truly a wonderful, honest and trustworthy place of business. Would recommend (if you couldn't tell) 10/10 to anyone! Love these guys!

My wedding ring got too tight. I stopped in and they expertly cut my ring off and re sized it. I was expecting a large bill, but it was amazingly inexpensive to get it done. I also got a nice ring for my wife here. again the prices were very reasonable. (I compared to a mall jeweler, which was a lot more) We definitely will shop here again.

Thrilled! I was completely heartbroken when I looked down and I realized I lost a lot of the stones in my ring. Roman Jewels has always been a big supporter in our community. I stopped in there… Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. less than two days later I get a phone call… My ring is done. When I picked it up it looked better than new! Big shout out to Roman Jewels! I meant to write this review sooner, but it’s well deserved. Last year my fiance designed my engagement ring at Roman Jewels with Marcella, one of the owners. I wasn’t there for the process, but he shared how knowledgeable and helpful Marcella was in guiding him through every detail. The advice and insight she provided helped create the most beautiful ring I could have imagined. The customer service and expertise here are truly top-tier, and we’re both so grateful. Highly recommend Roman Jewels to anyone looking for exceptional quality and care.
