I was helped by David who listened carefully to what I was looking for in an engagement ring. I was nervous: the ring is my fiance's mother's original engagement ring. It needed to be restored, resized, and a new center cut diamond. David understood exactly what I wanted, and offered their services for a very fair and appropriate price. The turn around was better than I expected - the ring was completed in less than a week's time. I look forward to working with the folks over at Global Gold & Silver again for any jewelry needs.

Very Rude. Brought my Jesus head with stones 925 silver. The chain is a 10mm wide The lady had 1000 questions about it. All I wanted to do is sell it. I bought the chain for $980. And that was only two months ago. She offer Me crackhead price. I told her silver is at $1.75 a gram I also told her give me my chain. I’ll go somewhere else straight up. She made a phone call to Trump to ask him if it’s worthy to sell it. She said no. I told her you haven’t even looked at the diamonds. I know they are fancy diamonds. I really didn’t care that they lowball me. I I I was not mad about that. I was mad that No positive customer service , no smile , grumpy and rude. You need some customer service gotta work on that. Beware of this business. Stay away from this Pawn. No royalty here.
