I’ve been doing business with this PARADISE PAWN SHOP FOR OVER 40 years it all started with me being brought to the store by my mother ever since then I have been a customer first with the old man a very wise person then with his son who we lost to Covid 19 This guy was just like his old man Very wise and polite at all times and still today I won’t do business with nobody but this company paradise made me feel good and always go the respect and I will recommend everyone to do business with paradise because they really care about doing things right

Had a necklace here since 2022 was a day late on payment because they where closed on holiday. Cursed them out cause they forced an extra fee on me. Went to get extra fee paid them back to have the wrong item returned. Now I have to go to small claims court with necklace that is lighter and thinner then what I left them. Do not do business with them. Woman working there are very mean and disrespectful.

Visited this business because I wanted to sell a few designer bags. Lady that helped me offered me $200-600 for pristine/like new Gucci bags that retails for over $3k, absolutely ridiculous. After looking around at the “designer” items on display for purchase can definitely tell the majority of their items are not authentic. The owner really needs to hire a professional authenticator, who knows how to tell the difference from authentic and inauthentic items and knows the value of designer items on the resell market

Employees are very rude they lie about what they’ll offer to give you telling a number then lowering it last minute they have no idea what they’re doing very unprofessional business.
