They work fast, and surely they have the best prices. The ladies that work here are amazing and very knowledgeable.
I had a disappointing experience at Empire Buyers. The Spanish girl who evaluated my gold gave me a quote that felt very low compared to other places. She wasn’t transparent about how she calculated the price, and when I asked for details, she avoided giving clear answers. I later had my gold appraised elsewhere and confirmed it was worth much more. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for an honest and fair evaluation.

Honestly, I regret going here. The whole interaction felt off, and I didn’t feel comfortable or confident in the offer I was given. There was very little explanation, and I left feeling like my time was wasted. I ended up going somewhere else and had a much better experience. I wouldn’t go back.
