My wife and I were always skeptical with gold buyer locations and have had some bad experiences in the past, but Milton and Dalia were very professional and welcoming. We have some old wedding gold gifts as well as some baby gold gifts that we have kept for a really long time. We finally decided to let some of these go and get some cash for this holiday season to buy gifts. Milton took the time to use his digital meters, gadgets and scale to check every gold gifts we have and double checked for accuracy and reliability. One advice that I have for those that bring in any gold jewelry to remove the red strings ahead of time to save sometime. Milton was really nice and asked our permission before cutting the red strings and even some tags because it can’t be weighed properly. He carefully removed all of the strings for us so that he can weigh the gold jewelry more accurately. Dalia took the time to count the money in front of us and also used a detection pen in front of us to ensure all of the cash they pay are real. My wife and I really appreciate the professionalism and courtesy that Milton and Dalia provided. They run a fair business and give us an excellent customer service experience.
