I had a great experience today at Arlington Exchange. I was in and out in less than ten minutes, and got a generous payment for the item I brought in. The gentlemen in the store were kind and courteous, and even walked me to my car after the exchange was completed. The store itself was very clean and professional, and there is plenty of street parking out front. I would definitely recommend Arlington Exchange and will be back in the future to have more pieces appraised.

The best place to go to sell your jewelry. The business is family owned and it shows. I was treated with respect throughout the process. Also, they were upfront and honest. Even suggested I should sell my items privately instead, as I would likely make more money that way. After the transaction, Mike ensured I got to my car safely. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

I want everyone to know what a good and decent man Nick is. I had my first experience with him when my wife sold some broken gold jewelry, he was so helpful and very fair on what he paid us. My wife and I were so happy after we left his store. I am disabled so I couldn’t go in. Nick actually walked my wife out to our car making sure she was safe. A true gentleman. Since that time I have dealt with him because I like to purchase silver coins, he comes out to my car and sits with me and shows me what he has to offer. He never charges more than the spot price for that day unlike all these huge nationwide silver dealers who always want a mark up way over spot price. I will never do business with anyone but him. I like to think he is a friend and I know he feels the same way too . Always a happy smile, always thankful for my business.
