Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with these guys. A sales person just called begging me to buy some collectible coins. After telling him about five times that I wasn't interested he called me a "Loser" BEFORE he hung up!? Are you kidding me? I would NOT recommend doing business with this organization.

I was very impressed by this company. Extremely knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. My family has been going for years and highly recommended them to me and I’m glad they did. Great prices and awesome customer service. I’ll definitively use them again in the future. Thank You

BEWARE. These guys are thieves. They prey on the elderly and sell coins at inflated values to scam people out of thousands of dollars. NY AG office has been contacted. ADDING TO MY COMMENTS: Ignore the response from this dishonest business. Their phone number goes to burn phones. Their staff are a rotating group of criminals that charge credit cards without permission. Law enforcement in NY and Florida are investigating illegal practices including fraud against seniors.

Let this be a warning to all. A man named Jerry just called and wanted to speak to my husband and said he spoke to him about 10 months ago. Well my husband is very hard of hearing and DOES NOT answer or talk on the phone. Therefore, Jerry, was LYING. I called the company office manager and told him about Jerry. He said they all tell customers the same story. I said if someone will lie to you about a call then they would lie about anything. Does used car salesman come to mind. If you get a call from PARK AVENUE RARITIES hang up the phone. They are liars. This is just my thought and opinion.

Do not do business with this company! Their company statement said " if you are not satisfied with our product you can return it for a full credit" don't believe this. I told them I was going to return coins I had just ordered eight days ago and they said if I do they would send them back to me. I returned the coins and they send them back immediately. When they arrived at the post office I refused to take delivery and the post office returned the coins. I filed a dispute with my credit card because Perk Avenue Rarities did not process a credit for the $12,00.00 I was charged. They told my credit card they never received the coins back from the original shipment. So the question is, how did Park Avenue Rarities returned coins to me they claim they never received? This company is a joke and should not be in business.
